As the world’s most dangerous super-villains break out of the Vault, the Cube, the Big House, and the Raft, five of Earth’s mightiest heroes assemble a crime fighting alliance called the Avengers. The Avengers team includes Iron Man as team leader, Ant Man/Giant Man, Thor, The Hulk, and The Wasp. Captain America, Black Panther, and Hawkeye have since joined the roster.

Dragon Ball Z follows the adventures of the adult Goku who, along with his companions, defends the earth against an assortment of villains ranging from intergalactic space fighters and conquerors to unnaturally powerful androids and near indestructible magical creatures. While the original Dragon Ball anime followed Goku through childhood into adulthood, Dragon Ball Z is a continuation of his adulthood life, but at the same time parallels the maturation of his son, Gohan, as well as other characters from Dragon Ball and more. The separation between the series is also significant as the latter series takes on a more dramatic and serious tone.

Eli Shane is determined to be the greatest slugslinging hero of them all! Deep in the underground world of Slugterra, Eli and his crew roam the 99 caverns collecting, training and dueling with little critters called “slugs.” But there is a very real threat to the world and the slugs; evil Dr. Blakk is seeking to “ghoul” the slugs, transforming them into feral mindless weapons! No one has been able to stand up to Blakk’s powerful slugs and army of henchmen…until now.

That jumbled piece of architecture, that cacophony of hissing steam and creaking joints, with smoke billowing from it as it moves on its own… That castle is home to the magnificent wizard Howl, infamous for both his magical prowess and for being a womanizer—or so the rumor goes in Sophie Hatter’s small town. Sophie, as the plain daughter of a hatmaker, does not expect much from her future and is content with working hard in the shop.

An insecure but courageous and intelligent teen named Peter Parker, a new student of Midtown High, is bitten by a radioactive spider and given powers. He becomes a hero named Spider-Man after the death of his uncle and he must adapt to this new way of life.

Fourteen years after Third Impact, Shinji Ikari awakens to a world he does not remember. He hasn’t aged. Much of Earth is laid in ruins, NERV has been dismantled, and people who he once protected have turned against him. Befriending the enigmatic Kaworu Nagisa, Shinji continues the fight against the angels and realizes the fighting is far from over, even when it could be against his former allies. The characters’ struggles continue amidst the battles against the angels and each other, spiraling down to what could inevitably be the end of the world.
